This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases of ViaLem digital career reports and related digital services made through vialem.ai.

2. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
For the purposes of this policy, `purchase` means the date and time your order is successfully completed and payment is accepted.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include:
  • the email address used for the order
  • your order number, if available
  • the date of purchase, if known
  • a short explanation of the reason for the request

4. Fair-use limit

  • To keep the policy fair, ViaLem allows one refund per person or company.
  • We reserve the right to refuse repeated refund requests where there is a clear pattern of misuse.

5. Effect of a refund

If a refund is granted:

  • access to the refunded report is revoked
  • download permissions are removed
  • the refunded report file is deleted from our servers where applicable
  • the refunded report must no longer be used, shared, copied, or distributed
