These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vialem.ai (the “Site”) and the ViaLem services, including any digital reports, plans, outputs, downloads, and related features (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.2. Who we are

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.4. The Service (and what it is not)
ViaLem provides career-oriented guidance and digital outputs based on information you provide. The Service is intended to support reflection and decision-making and may include AI-assisted processing.- Not professional advice: The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice.
- Not recruitment: We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, compensation levels, or outcomes.
- Your responsibility: You remain responsible for your decisions and how you apply outputs from the Service.
5. Your inputs and accuracy
You agree that any information you submit (including optional CV/resume uploads) is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Outputs depend on your inputs; incomplete or inaccurate inputs may affect results.6. Accounts, access, and security
If the Service provides accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:- use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation;
- attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or bypass security measures;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by automated scraping, excessive requests, or reverse engineering);
- upload malware or harmful code;
- use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes another’s rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, Service, branding, design, text, graphics, software, and underlying processes are owned by Vialem or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal (or internal business) purposes, subject to these Terms.8.1 Your licence to use your Report
Unless otherwise stated, you may download and use your purchased outputs for your own personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or make the outputs available to others as a competing product or service.9. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant Vialem a limited licence to host, process, and use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including generating outputs), and to maintain security and compliance. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Trust Center.10. Prices, payments, and delivery
Prices (including for Silver/Gold/Diamond tiers) are shown at checkout. Payment is due before delivery of paid outputs. Digital delivery timing may vary depending on system load and processing.11. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy
ViaLem offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. For the purposes of this clause, `purchase` means the date and time the order is successfully completed and payment is accepted.
To keep the policy fair, ViaLem allows one refund per person or company.
If a refund is granted, access to the refunded report is revoked. Download permissions are removed and the refunded report file is deleted from our servers where applicable.
After a refund, the refunded report must no longer be used, shared, copied, or distributed.
