Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling within 14 days policy (UK/EU consumers):
  • You may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for online services.
  • If you request immediate access (e.g., generating your Career Compass right away and then logging into the backend to work on your plan), you agree to start the service immediately and waive the 14-day cancellation right.
  • Once your Career Compass has been generated and delivered, we can’t “return” it like a physical good.
  • If something isn’t working as intended with the re-delivery, we’ll fix it or give you a full refund within a week.
  • You can cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.
  • Unless required by law, we don’t offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • If no session has taken place, you can request a refund within the cooling-off period.
  • After your first session, remaining sessions can be cancelled (and may be offered as credit), but are generally not refundable.

No — reports are one-off purchases. Optional extensions (for back-end functionality etc) can be offered separately if you choose so.

Yes —with your purchase you will get an invoice via Email.

  • If the digital service/content is defective, you’re entitled to a repair/replacement and,
  • where appropriate, a refund under applicable consumer law.
  • Contact us via the Contact page with your order details or in some cases you might be able to get the refund directly via the user-backend
  • Single-use: Vouchers/promo codes can be redeemed once. After redemption they are consumed and cannot be reused.
  • No refunds for vouchers: We do not issue refunds for vouchers/promo codes that have been issued (including if unused or partially used), unless required by law.
  • No cash value: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or re-sold.
  • If a voucher fails due to a technical error, we’ll re-issue or credit it (send us a screenshot of the error code)
