All tiers begin with the ViaLem Career Compass: four tailored career paths, clearer direction on what to test next, and a plain-language rationale layer that explains what ViaLem prioritised for you. Silver gives the full report plus a user-owned Career.md profile that you can copy or download. Gold adds the 8-week / 60-day workbook and support tools in your ViaLem Hub, including ViaLem Companion, Job Fit checks, LinkedIn Optimizer, Evidence Bank, Career Story Builder, Interview Story Builder, and Outreach Pack where relevant. Diamond includes everything in Gold, plus Target Role & Industry Map and 2 x 1-hour counselor sessions with booking in the hub.

The product helps you understand what is worth pursuing, then supports the move through the report, 8-week plan, Companion, Job Fit, career assets, and counselor support by tier.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used for the order, your order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

To keep the policy fair, ViaLem allows one refund per person or company. If a refund is granted, access to the refunded report is revoked and the refunded report must no longer be used, shared, or distributed.

Yes. You can upgrade from Silver to Gold and from Gold to Diamond inside your ViaLem Hub. We only charge the difference between tiers.

No. Your report is for your own personal or internal business use. The ViaLem questionnaire, question sequence, templates, software, and report structure are proprietary. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish, adapt, or use them to build a competing product or service.

Career.md is a user-owned, sanitized Markdown profile created from your saved ViaLem results. It contains useful career context—your strengths, preferences, four career paths, positioning, and next steps—so you can reuse that context in tools you choose.

It never includes raw questionnaire answers, hidden scores or weights, private report files, uploaded documents, tokens, or report URLs.

Today, you can copy or download Career.md from your logged-in ViaLem Hub and provide it yourself to ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex. The copy and download controls remain inside the authenticated ViaLem product and require saved results.

Direct MCP/OAuth connections are planned for later. They are not live today and will require explicit consent, verified state, and controlled scope before any direct transfer.
