Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used for the order, your order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

To keep the policy fair, ViaLem allows one refund per person or company. If a refund is granted, access to the refunded report is revoked and the refunded report must no longer be used, shared, or distributed.

Yes. You can upgrade from Silver to Gold and from Gold to Diamond inside your ViaLem Hub.
