ViaLem counselors support users who want a human thinking partner after they receive their Career Compass report.
Your role is to help them turn the plan into action: clarify priorities, pressure-test options, and choose next steps that fit their constraints (time, money, energy, family, location).
What you’ll do
- Run 1:1 sessions (primarily for Diamond users) focused on decision clarity and momentum
- Use the ViaLem report + weekly plan as the backbone (no generic advice, no therapy)
- Capture brief session notes so the user leaves with concrete next actions
Who this is for
You’re a strong fit if you have experience in career coaching, leadership coaching, recruiting, organizational development, or senior people leadership — and you’re comfortable being direct, kind, and practical.
And mostly if you are just someone who wants others to find their right path in their career life!
